About Anne Tansley
Anne Tansley is a leading North West breast surgeon specialising in breast and reconstructive surgery.
One of the few female breast surgeons in the region, she is passionate about patient care and safety and supports every one of her patients to make decisions which are fully informed.
Married with four children, Anne, who lives on the Wirral, also has a strong interest in surgical education, learning skills and sharing knowledge.
Anne is currently Senior Breast Surgeon at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, after being appointed as a specialist breast and reconstructive surgeon there in 2006.
Anne works at Spire Liverpool and Spire Murrayfield and offers her patients a complete private breast service which includes cosmetic breast surgery, breast assessment and cancer and reconstructive breast surgery.

Anne specialises in implant based surgery, breast conservation including Therapeutic Mammaplasty and maintaining the breast contour and shape after breast cancer treatment.
She is familiar with both round and teardrop shaped implants as well as a wide choice of implant manufacturers. She is also familiar with a variety of synthetic and biological mesh graft for implant based reconstruction.
Anne also specialises in breast uplift and reduction (mammaplasty) surgery, including minimal scar techniques and their uses in both cosmetic and breast cancer procedures.
